A decade at the intersection of security, policy & resilience.
I work at the intersection of cybersecurity, governance and policy — helping organizations design programs that are rigorous, practical, and resilient to how the world is actually changing. My practice spans cloud-native product teams, financial institutions, research environments and international policy initiatives.
As an ISO 27001 and SOC 2 implementer and auditor, I've led security and compliance programs through FedRAMP, NIST 800-53 and critical-infrastructure expectations — embedding security-by-design and DevSecOps into the way teams already ship.
Beyond technical work, I contribute to cybersecurity leadership and policy through programs supported by the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Congressional Office, and through academic collaborations with Harvard and Tufts. I founded the first Women in CyberSecurity affiliate in Southeastern Europe and have been described by Ambassador Nancy Soderberg as a trailblazer for women in cybersecurity in Kosovo.
